Hand-built in the UK:

Every single LOGIX PC is built and thoroughly tested by our team of engineers in our facility in Yorkshire. Every single component, including Windows, is installed and goes through a 66-point testing regime as well as Platinum Testing from our testing software partner, OCCT, to make sure your computer works from the off and for years to come.

It’s not of interest to everyone, but look inside a LOGIX PC and the craftsmanship is obvious – even small considerations like cable-ties are positioned in such a way to increase airflow and cooling inside, further improving the lifespan and sustainability of the machine.

It’s then securely packaged, complete with all user manuals and a test certificate, boxed up and shipped out, ready for you to simply turn it on and start using it.

If you’ve got an issue with your LOGIX PC, need some assistance or have a specific requirement, the LOGIX Customer Service Team is on-site, here at LOGIX HQ. There are no call-centres or chatbots, just real people helping you get the most from your PC.

Whenever you raise an issue, they will usually respond within 4 hours (during business hours, 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday) by email so you have a record of your enquiry.

Whenever we receive a support email, our team will try to gather as much information about the problem as they can, so they can get the answer you need as quickly as possible. They’ll speak to our engineers and partners directly to get you a resolution, not palm you off or put you into a never-ending queue of support calls.
